The Dia Compe SS-7 brake lever is a classic minimal and ergonomic design combining light weight with Japanese quality. These levers have a reach adjust screw that allows the lever to be pulled in towards the bar for smaller hands. Pull is optimised for cantilever brakes but I have used these extensively on hybrids and converted road bikes with caliper brakes effectively too.
