The Panaracer Dart front tyre was available in a number of versions, this one is the ‘Soft Conditions’ or S.C version with a steel bead and 2.20″ width. Introduced in 1992 the Dart was the partner to the all ready popular Smoke rear tyre (which was often used front and rear).
