Absolute classic 80s and 90s Shimano Deore XT wheel quick release levers with rubber hoods from the M730/M732 series. The skewers were used as part of Shimano’s top of the line groupset from 1987 to 1993 (though in 1993 they were second from top admittedly!). The rubber handle design was much copied by Campagnolo and Suntour and makes the lever handles nicer to use than bare metal ones.
