Beautifully finished Aluminium 1″ threaded headset with channel seals to keep the gunk out and the longevity up made in Japan for Specialized. These have a great reputation as the sort of lightweight, rebuildable product that is no longer made and are much sought after. This one is silver, British threaded with a standard 26.4 crown race, the original bearings are still in grease in their sealed pot and the boxed headset includes instructions. As supplied on a number of high end Specialized road and mountain bikes in the 1980s, and as an aftermarket product too.
