High quality Specialized Turbo LS skinwall road tyres, for clincher and with a simple file tread, standard road 700c size with 28c width. Back in the 1980s Specialized were designing some of the nicest and best quality parts for road, touring and mountain bikes, often out-sourcing to the finest Japanese manufacturers, these tyres were probably produced by Panaracer.
Price is for a pair of tyres, I have not fitted them to a rim but they look narrower than the 28c size on them!
