The Suntour TA-230 bottom bracket lock ring wrench is the very specific tool you need to correctly install or remove a Suntour sealed bearing BB. These high end, very nicely made bottom brackets were available through the late 80s and 90s and were generally designated to the Superbe and VX groups. Due to the design they require the internal notched tool end found on the TA-230, and whilst you may have luck with a pin spanner if the BB has been in there for some time this may be your only hope!
