Description
Tange are a large Japanese manufacturer of steel tube sets famous for their high quality Prestige tubing which was used by a number of large and small manufacturers to make some great bikes in the early 90s. This cromo fork is a unicrown design with a gently curved fork blade, the dropouts have mudguard eyelets, the crown is drilled and the fork has rim brake bosses to be used with cantilevers, V brakes or Magura hydraulic rims brakes. The 1″ steerer is uncut and is fairly long at 230mm, being steel it could of course be threaded to be use with a standard headset. The black painted finish is very good and though the fork is no lightweight the quality is good and it will look at home on many a vintage mountain bike.
