This Tonard rear pannier rack is a well made from black painted steel and were made just down the road from Bicyclist HQ in Croydon by the Tonard company throughout the 70s and 80s. Their thin steel tubing looks great and the large top section, seat bag loop and rear light mount make it a brilliantly practical addition to your touring bike or commuter. Designed for use with 700c wheeled bikes these will work with a little adjustment on 650B and 26″ bikes too, though you may need to add some additional stay plates to get the desired position. Supplied with bolts and a pair of P clips.
