This neat Velo Deluxe saddle bag in nylon can be used on the bike as a mid-sized saddle bag, mounted on the bars or worn as a shoulder bag for taking into the pub. The two top straps are designed to be attached to the saddle loops but could easily be used on a handlebar to mount on the bars too, there is a lower strap for the seatpost. Some support at the rear or front is recommended as the bag is quite lightweight with no stiffening.
