Sold in pairs these non-folding 1980s Continental Super Sport 100 tyres offer the right look and period correctness at a pretty good price, with the typical Continental brown sidewall and yellow logo they really look the part and the wider size makes them very practical. As road tyres were still sold under the ‘narrower is better’ mantra in the 1980s these were probably training tyres, or even offered for touring bikes, and their 28c width may mean they don’t work on some higher end race bikes with close clearances, they’d be great on a period audax bike though.
