Introduced in 1990 the 105SC group existed for almost the whole of the 90s in both 7 and 8 speed versions, this is the first generation 7 speed compatible braze on front mech which lasted up until 1993. Often referred to as the ‘Champagne’ group due to it’s silver finish 105SC was the first of the proper road/race groups sitting below 600 (6400) and Dura Ace (7400).
