Description
Hard to find braze-on version of Shimano’s M738 8 speed triple front derailleur from 1996. This is in the original box and includes the rather tatty instructions for the whole drivetrain. The braze-on fitting is rare on Mountain bikes but not so unusual on Road and Touring bikes, 8 speed Shimano is compatible almost across the board (with the exception of some Dura Ace components) so this mech will work nicely with indexed Shimano down tube, bar end and STI shifters.
