Beautiful 1980s Specialized Touring tyres, this is model II in their K4 guise, with a decent 28c width and file pattern and with a classic looking skinwall. Back in the 1980s Specialized were designing some of the nicest and best quality parts for road, touring and mountain bikes, often out-sourcing to the finest Japanese manufacturers, these tyres were probably produced by Panaracer.
Price is for a pair of tyres, I have not fitted them to a rim but they look narrower than the 28c size on them!
