The Suntour HL-300 head binder cable stop is one of those little things that will finish off a project ‘just so’. Introduced with the World-beating XC groupset in 1984 and available until the World-beating XC Pro arrived in 1990 these nifty cable stops were coupled with the XC quill stem. With an ISO threaded top cap to sit on and tighten up to the head binder would sit in place at the top of your headset and provide a secure cable stop for your front brake.
You will need a fairly wide cable ferrule for the cable outer to go into depending on what set up you are using – we have plenty of over-sized cable sets in stock but no specific ferrules for these I’m afraid.
