The seat packs sit behind any saddle and attach with velcro so you can take it with you or swap it between bikes, they are made to our spec in the UK from quality materials. The Runwell SUSX is a very nicely made little tool with 3, 4, 5, and 6mm allen keys in a neat CNC package. The tyre levers are wide, thin Continental ones.
