Description

Beautifully made mid 1970s Sunshine Pro-Am small flange front hub with exceptional finish and grease port for maintenance. Sunshine of Japan (also known as Sansin/Sanshin) made hubs for a number of other manufacturers including Suntour, Specialized and Schwinn through the 70s and 80s and this hub bears a resemblance to the 1st generation Suntour Superbe hubs. With a high polished, clear anodised finish, immaculate bearings and a grease port these hubs are notoriously smooth and long-lasting.

The Sunshine Pro-Am hub set was specced on a variety of high-end Japanese built road bikes during the bike boom too.
