Description
Suntour’s XC Pro groupset was a proper game-changer when it was released in 1990. It was the lightest, best looking and most competent MTB specific groupset of the time, only superseded by Shimano XTR three years later. Some parts, like the hubs were not revolutionary, they were just really high quality versions of existing components, made very well and with the occasional added performance upgrade such as utilising WTB’s Grease Guard grease injection system.
This version of the front hub was the second generation, available in the 1991, 1992 and 1993 model ranges, it is as you would expect superbly finished.
