Description
A lovely quality 1″ steerer Tange unicrown steel fork for 26″ wheels in goes-with-everything black. Tange made tubing but also forks, stems and frames for lots of brands to badge as their own, and continue to make high end steel parts in Japan to this day. From the mid 90s these are provided with a long unthreaded steerer which can easily be cut down.
The gloss black powder coat is tough and will work with most coloured frames or it can be repainted obviously. The forks have a 27.0 (JIS) crown race seat which could be cut down by a bike shop to the more readily available 26.4 (ISO) size. The 390 mm axle to crown race length is ideal for non-suspension adjusted frames.
Like all of our bike parts these are new old stock, however there are a couple of very minor marks from storage, some examples are pictured.
