Description
Super cool, short-lived Campagnolo Centaur / Euclid compact cantilever brake levers in dark graphite grey. These were available in the lighter grey from the start of Campagnolo’s foray into MTB kit in 1989 and were offered as the Centaur and Euclid group in 1991 in the graphite finish, as well as an option in the tandem Centaur group. These levers are not compatible with the ‘lollipop’ thumbshifter mounts as though they have the hole there is no grub screw to hold them together. They have a good amount of angle adjustment to change the reach with two small grub screws on the body, they can also be switched to be left or right.
There is a great deal of confusion with what belongs where in the Campagnolo groupsets, with conflicting information in the period catalogues and what appears in NOS boxed sets, I have done my best to nail down the precise group or groups and year/s this stuff was available!
