Description
Originally specced with the 1989/1990 Suntour XCD 6000 groupsets these HKK made chains are designed to work with Suntour’s ‘Ultra’ narrow 6 speed Accushift systems. These chains will index with any Suntour 6 speed system that is designated ‘Ultra’ (its a bit of a minefield!) from the road and mountain groupsets. Suntour’s Accushift foray into indexing was good when everything worked together but could be notoriously difficult, it was not as easy to set up as Shimano’s SIS system and was ultimately the downfall of this iconic brand.
