Description
Suntour specific 7 speed CS-AP10-S7 cassette with two threaded sprockets for Suntour’s proprietary freehub design, from the 1993 Superbe Pro and SL road groupsets. Although constant innovation was part of what made Suntour great it was key to it’s downfall with an over-complicated number of specific cassettes, chains, derailleurs and shifters across road and MTB groups that weren’t inter-compatible and were updated yearly!
If it isn’t immediately clear which cassette you need your best bet is to measure the length of the splines on the freehub body; 6 speed = 23.7 mm; 7 speed = 26.1 mm; 8 speed = 30.8 mm; 7 speed Micro Drive (MD) = 20.7 mm; 8 speed MD = 25.4 mm.
