Description
Late 80s Suntour XCD 4050 combination levers, model CL-4050, with four finger brake levers and adjustable position thumb shifters. With silver brake levers bodies and thumb shifters these look great, and the chunky thumb shifter rubbers will make them easy to use in gloves too. The thumbies have both friction and indexed Accushift modes for 6 speed, they can be used with any rear mech mech across a wide range of gears in friction mode but need to be used with another Accushift rear mech and Suntour 6 speed freewheel or cassette.
The XCD 4050 group was available in 1988 and 1989, I believe these combination shifters were a 1989 model year product.
