Description
These downtube shifters are from Campagnolo’s Victory group that arrived in the mid 80s and was meant to appease the traditionalist who found C-Record and Chorus a little bit too ‘modern’. The finish is really high as you’d expect from Campagnolo with finely polished levers and nicely chromed washers and bolts, the Campagnolo script logo is a nice touch too. Victory (and it’s sister group Triomphe) weren’t around long, but they are seen as the last hurrah for the polished, purists groupset before indexing and aerodynamics took over.
