Description
This mid-range Sakae Ringyo ‘Custom A” chainset is an unusual combination of a double with large ring counts and chain guard. The Custom range of chainset and parts were mostly provided OEM to bike manufacturers looking for good quality, made in Japan components for a reasonable price. This chainset looks sleek and would probably be found on a fast town bike or light tourer in the mid 80s, the rings and chain guard are fixed and are not replaceable.
