The Bicyclist ships all over the World, for a price please add the items you are interested in to the basket and click ‘Calculate shipping’ in the Basket totals section. For small parts the price is accurate, for larger items there are currently some services that we cannot use so we are using alternatives such as DPD, occasionally the price quoted is higher than the actual shipping costs, in which case you will receive some money back
We do not charge VAT but there may be some charges levied on orders leaving the UK so be aware you may be liable for import tax and fees when buying – sorry!
Returns are accepted if notified within 14 days of receipt of the item, they must be back with us within 30 days of receipt, all items must be returned in the same condition as they left.
